LOWGLOW Remote Power Switch

Every LOWGLOW kit and harness already comes with a wired button switch. We built it that way on purpose. A physical button is the fastest and safest way to turn your lights on and off, and it fully cuts power to the controller so nothing sits in the background draining your battery while the car is parked.

Now we have added a remote option to go with it. The control unit plugs inline into your existing LOWGLOW harness and comes with a key fob that clips onto your car keys. Turn the kit on or off from the driver seat, from across the parking lot, or while you are standing next to the car showing it off. Your wired button still works exactly like it did before. You just have two ways to do the same thing.

Installation is plug and play. The control unit has two white connectors that plug inline into the harness you already have. The relay and fuse are already in your harness, so the remote simply tells the relay when to open and close. No cutting, no splicing, no extra wiring to run.

Good to know

This remote only controls power. Colors, patterns and brightness are still handled by your LOWGLOW controller and app the same way they always were.

The two lightning bolt buttons on the fob run a flasher mode. They cycle the relay on and off in a few different patterns. It works, but because it is cutting power to the controller rather than flashing the LEDs directly, your colors can look off or get distorted while it runs. We do not really recommend it for underglow. ON and OFF are the two buttons you will actually use.
