OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY WILL NOT IMPROVE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

ELIGIBILITY

The “PS5 Giveaway” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is intended for legal residents of the United States of America (“USA”) and shall only be construed and evaluated according to applicable USA law and applicable state law. Do not enter this Sweepstakes if you are not a USA resident or are otherwise ineligible to enter in accordance with these Official Rules at the time of entry.

SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR

The Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered by LOWGLOW, 1505 E Weber Dr Suite 120/121, Tempe, AZ 85288 (the “Sponsor”).

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the USA who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or have reached the age of majority in their respective state of residence at the time of entry.

The Sponsor, its parent companies, employees, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, sales representatives and advertising and promotional agencies, and the officers, directors, agents, and employees of each of the foregoing (collectively, the “Released Parties”), and members of their immediate families or households are NOT eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES

By participating, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

Begins April 14, 2026 at 12:00:01 a.m. MST and ends April 30, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. MST.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if necessary due to fraud, technical issues, or other factors beyond its control.

RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and related parties from any claims arising out of participation or prize use.

DRAWING & NOTIFICATION

  • Drawing date: On or about May 6, 2026
  • Conducted by the Sponsor
  • Winners contacted via phone/email/mail

PRIZES

Five (5) Winners

Each receives:

  • One (1) PlayStation 5 Slim Digital Edition 825Gb
  • Approx. value: $500 each
  • Total ARV: $2,500

ADDITIONAL PRIZE CONDITIONS

  • Winners must sign eligibility affidavit within 7 days
  • SSN required for tax reporting
  • IRS Form 1099 issued
  • Winners responsible for all taxes

PUBLICITY

Winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and information for promotional purposes without additional compensation where permitted by law.

DISPUTES

Governed by Arizona law. All disputes handled individually (no class actions).

SEVERABILITY

If any provision is invalid, the remainder still applies.
